At your invitation, we will visit your home at a
time convenient for you and discuss the best and
most economical way to replace your windows.
The free consultation usually takes thirty-minutes or less. We do not require “both

We will provide you with a written estimate, usually within two working days. We invite everyone to visit our
window and door showroom at 2592 Horse Pasture Rd., off
Dam Neck Rd. in Virginia Beach before making a final decision. Here we can show you life-size, operating windows for you to see, touch and test our quality. We’ll also answer all of your questions and address your concerns in a friendly, low-pressure environment. |

Three weeks to fulfill order |
|
Once you give us the green light to order your windows and/or doors, we will ask for a small deposit before placing the order. It will take about three weeks for the material to arrive from the manufacturer. We will consult you to establish a convenient installation time.

What to expect on installation day |
|
We complete most of our jobs in two days or less. Our professional installation team will protect your home and possessions at all times
during the window
replacement process. We may require owners to remove breakables and vehicles out of the work area before
window replacement proceeds. Occasionally in the process of doing the contracted work, we will uncover termite or water damage. We will show any such areas to you. We will then do the repairs at cost (charging only for material and labor — without profit) so we can return as soon as possible to the work we planned to do. Our hope is that the entire process will be pleasant from beginning to end.
